WHY US?

At JFHanson we set out to break the mold. We are an engineering consulting firm specializing in innovative structural design, with deep expertise in 3D printed concrete (3DPC). For the past four years, we’ve been at the forefront of structural engineering for large-scale 3D printed buildings—shaping the future of construction through research, integrated design, and real-world project delivery.

We’ve supported some of the world’s most advanced 3DCP initiatives, providing engineering leadership on projects that challenge conventional limits in materials, geometry, and performance. From custom homes and large-scale developments to commercial and infrastructure projects, our experience spans the full spectrum of automated construction applications.

Our team has played a key role in developing structural design guidelines for 3D printed cementitious systems and has produced the engineering documentation—calculations, technical narratives, and performance reports—needed to support code compliance and build trust with permitting authorities.
